Pairing: when young, perfect as an aperitif, and after several years of ageing, ideal with cooked fish.

Colour: pale yellow

Bouquet: aroma of apricot, slightly lemony

Palate: aromatic and slightly fruity with subtle aromas of white flowers and honey

Seving Temperature: 12° to 14°

Ageing potential: between 2 to 5 years

Terroir, vinification and maturing

Soil: mainly calcareous-clay, with pebbles from the Rhône river

Vineyard management: High Environmental Value certification

Vinification and Maturing: Marsanne and Roussane are vinified separately to preserve the typicality of the grape varieties. A quarter of the grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks, and the rest in barrels. Blending is carried out just before bottling.
