The Vineyard

Young vines planted in the Heart of “Les Chassis” terroir, from different plots with a pretty similar soil of chalky-clay with small pebbles. As all our vineyard, those vines are worked with eco-friendly methods in order to respect biodiversity and our beautiful landscapes.

Wine-making

3 days of cold pre-fermentation prior to launch a short maturation at low temperature in order to make a fruity fermentation ended “on juice” (without skins). By this way we kkep all the freshness the fruity taste of this very juicy Fleur de Syrhane.

Tasting

Ganet colour with purple tints. This Crozes-Hermitage offers blackcurrant et blueberrie aromas that burst on the palate. Particularly fruity this wine ask to be poored a bit chilled, between 14° to 16°C.
