The vineyard

The vines are located in Mercurol – “Les Grappiats”, as well as in Beaumont-Monteux – “Les Pichères” and in Pont-de-l’Isère -“Les Blâches”. Those 3 plots are composed by clay-limestone soil with small pebbles. As our entire vineyard this vines are worked with eco-friendly methods in order to respect biodiversity and our beautiful landscapes.

Winemaking

Winemaking in concrete tanks with short fermentation at low temperature in order to give a lot of fruit to this wine. End of fermentation is made « on juice », this method allow to keep all the freshness and a crunchy fruit. Bottled pretty early in the year (February/March).

Tasting notes

Beautiful purple colour from young vines. This Crozes-Hermitage features blackcurrant and gooseberry aromas which explode on the palate.This wine very fruity ask to be served chilled between 14° to 16°C.
