This Syrah de St Jemms comes from vines planted at the eastside of Crozes-Hemitage appellation close to Clérieux village, on chalky-clay soil with small pebbles. As all our vineyard, those vines are worked with eco-friendly methods to respect biodiversity and our beautiful landscapes.
Fermented and aged in concrete vat in order to highlight faithfully the fruit and the freshness of its terroir. This wine is bottled pretty early in order to keep all the fruit and the freshness of this syrah.
Lot of drinkability for this for this syrah of ruby colour. Red fruits flavours and cocoa fragrance in the nose. Fresh and gourmand on blackcurrant and black cherries with elegant and fine tannins. Served at 14° and 16°C.
