Vineyard

From our famous Saint-Jean-de-Muzols terroir called Sainte Epine composed by altered granit at the top of the hill (380 m alt.), this vines go deep in the rock in order to get minerals needed. The most beautiful grapes are selected to product this high quality wine and the full south-exposure insure a full ripeness of the fruit. As our whole vineyard this vines are worked with eco-friendly methods in order to respect biodiversity and our beautiful landscapes.

Wine-Making

Handly harvested, pressed and 30% is placed in 400L barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks for ageing during 10 months. Third part of those barrels are new in order to make this wine rich and full of aromas. The stainless steel tank allows us to keep lot of freshness and minerality.
